ENROLLMENT

You have two possibilities to enroll: direct online enrollment form or enrollment form to send by post

  • To proceed with the registration formalities, you need to send the following together with the enrollment form completed and signed: A deposit of 200 € minimum by check (to the account of Université d’été de Boulogne-sur-Mer) or by bank transfer. This deposit will be deducted from the total amount of your stay. If you enroll 7 weeks or less before the beginning of your stay, please send a deposit representing 50 % of the total amount of your stay.
  • 1 ID photo (please write your name on the back).
  • A copy of your passport or Identity card. You will not be registered if one of the above formalities is missing.

To calculate the total cost of your stay

To calculate the total cost of your stay, you need to add the following amounts:

  1. The course fees
  2. The fees for accommodation and meals
  3. The bank charges linked to the payment: 19 € per check from a non-French account or per transfer from an account outside the European Union. There are no bank charges for a payment by check issued from a French bank account or by transfer from a European Union bank account in Euros.
  4. If applicable, the fees for a DELF diploma (which can as well be paid on site).

Once we have received your enrollment form and your deposit, we will send you an invoice which will precise the fees you still have to pay (training + accommodation + bank charges if applicable + DELF fees if exam requested). This amount must be paid at least 5 weeks before the beginning of your stay.

The payment must be made by check in Euros (to the account of Université d’été de Boulogne-sur-Mer) or by bank transfer (please contact us). Important: please write on the back of your check your name, the date of your stay and the type of stay you’ve booked. If your deposit is equal or superior for 50% of the total price (training + accommodation), you can pay the balance when you arrive. This will mean reduced banking costs.
