To calculate the total cost of your stay, you need to add the following amounts:
Once we have received your enrollment form and your deposit, we will send you an invoice which will precise the fees you still have to pay (training + accommodation + bank charges if applicable + DELF fees if exam requested). This amount must be paid at least 5 weeks before the beginning of your stay.
The payment must be made by check in Euros (to the account of Université d’été de Boulogne-sur-Mer) or by bank transfer (please contact us). Important: please write on the back of your check your name, the date of your stay and the type of stay you’ve booked. If your deposit is equal or superior for 50% of the total price (training + accommodation), you can pay the balance when you arrive. This will mean reduced banking costs.

Proof of insurance must be presented before the beginning of the stay.
3 – Participants must be insured for personal liability (insurance for bodily injury, property damage or consequential damages that may be caused to third parties or property). Proof of insurance must be presented before the beginning of the stay.
